Mac and cheezza
ingredients
12oz Mozzarella
8oz Hooplah Cheddar
8oz Easy Melt
1 cup uncooked macaroni noodles
1lb pizza dough
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Recipe
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cook your elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Shred your Mozzarella, Easy Melt, and 4oz of Hooplah Cheddar. Slice the remaining 4oz of Hooplah Cheddar.
Roll out your pizza dough and press into a greased 14” pizza pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed rosemary, top with slices of Hooplah Cheddar.
Toss together your shredded cheeses and spread half over the pizza. Toss the remaining cheese with oregano and the cooked macaroni noodles. Distribute over top and place your pizza in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, slice up, and enjoy!
